Meet the Elite Team
Some Elite Summer Reading for you – Meet the Team
Elite in a Week is a bit different. We’re not an agency: but we are five professionals, each with our own business, client list and expertise, and we’ve racked up over a century of brand and marketing experience between us!
Find out more about what each of us has done in the past, what we do now, and what gives us The Buzz in our businesses…
Natalie: Elite Brand Strategist
The CV:
Natalie Murray’s our Brand Strategist and Graphic Designer. She has been in the design industry since 2007, firstly with an agency in London working on huge brands in the capital and in New York and she now works with smaller businesses through her own company, The Edge Brands. She gives each client a brand that captures their own unique personality, charm and magnetism – and all the tools they need to use it.
The Buzz:
“That moment when a client sees what I’ve created for them, and it all falls into place – when they feel that I’ve really understood them, and what they want to express about their brand. That’s the Buzz for me!”
Sarah Wood: Elite Website Guru
The CV:
Sarah Wood’s our incredibly experienced web developer, who started out working in IT in the 1980s – which for a woman at that time was unusual! She’s been there from the early days of the world wide web, and has honed her craft over the decades of evolution it’s seen since then. From sorting out basics to smart sophisticated websites, she specialises in creating websites that combine ease of use for your visitors, with smooth running and all the right functions you need.
Not only has Sarah been working with the web singe the late 1990s – only a few years after it began in 1993 – but she has also met Sir Tim Berners-Lee, its inventor!
The Buzz:
“The big buzz for me comes from seeing the understanding dawn on my customers, when they finally know and understand what all these things mean and can do for them: domain names, websites, webmail and email clients – it can be so mystifying for people, and I love being able to translate that for them so they can really understand it and use it all.” “But I also love nothing more than untangling bits of knotty code! Who doesn’t love a logic puzzle?”
Suzanne Kentish: Elite Photographer
The CV:
Suzanne is our photographer with an incredible eye for detail, and impeccable understanding of what looks good in a photo. She’s been behind the camera for 15 years. Her life-long love of photography began as a passion, which she honed into a craft, and ultimately transformed into her own brand photography business: bringing her clients that crucial visual bridge that really connects business owners and what they offer with their audiences.
The Buzz:
“For me, that buzz comes when I see the images I’ve captured being used by people to represent them and their businesses – and finding out that those images are out there doing their work, and generating more clients and business – that’s what I really love!”
Rebecca Chamberlain: Elite Copywriter
The CV:
Rebecca’s been writing for over 20 years. She started on a newspaper writing features, and the text to go alongside advertising businesses – then she moved to North Yorkshire Police in the middle of multi-million pound technology upgrades, and wrote training documents, internal communications and corporate reports and funding requests.
She’s been running her own copywriting business since 2018 in Milton Keynes, and supports business owners with writing the words that make them different: web copy, blog posts and case studies in their own voice, from their own unique perspectives, that reach more of their favourite type of customer.
The Buzz:
“It can be really difficult to write for your own business, however comfortable you are with writing generally. My favourite moment is always when a client has finally got the words they’ve needed – that bring together the right tone, the right vocab and the perfect message – especially when they’ve been struggling to do it themselves.
Charlotte Howell: Elite Social Media
The CV:
Charlotte is our social media expert. She took on her first sales role in 2001 selling mobile phones and has worked in various sales and marketing roles since then, experiencing different industries. Now she works with businesses to take their social media to the next level: if you’re looking to build an audience, increase conversion or launch a product, Charlotte is definitely the person to help you turn heads online. She is always across the latest industry trends, algorithm updates and emerging technologies, and has a huge range of tactics to draw on to create a social media strategy that’s going to achieve what you need it to.
The Buzz:
“The best bit for me is seeing the business owners I’ve helped move forward on their own – taking what they’ve learned, and feeling empowered to put all those social media tactics into practice. Seeing that content start to come through from them online, and take off for them, is just brilliant!”
The Team

We know we can rely on every team member as a committed professional who’s great at what they do – and we always have a lot of fun when we get together, as well.
